Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vexorya jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, we're happy to help.

Refund eligibility: items must be requested for refund within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless defective.

How to request a refund: contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Processing time: once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
